There are many very good builders and new real estate developments in the general San Diego area. Too many in fact for us to mention here, but starting with the more expensive ones, here are some examples.

In terms of new construction,there is no pricing starting in the $200,000s. Hardly anything is in the $300,000s. Entry-Level is mostly in the $500,000s but there are a few new
developments advertising from the $300,000s. However, those developments are
sold through Lottery process. There are more buyers than the development will
build. Average entry-level pricing is around $300.00 per square foot.
The Coastal communities are higher per square foot.
