Seven Oaks is the original senior community in Rancho Bernardo, built in the 1960s and early 1970s. Today it is a very active community, and has the most affordable homes in inland San Diego. They average 1300-1900 square feet and range in price from $210,000 to $300,000. There are also a few condos in Seven Oaks in the $150,000 range.
